A 25% deposit is required before a reservation is valid. If the event is cancelled 30 days or more before the event, the deposit will be returned in full. If the event is cancelled 30-15 days before the event, the deposit will be kept. If the event is cancelled 15-0 days before the event, payment in full is required.
All rentals shall be on a C.O.D. basis unless prior credit has been established.
A delivery charge may be added depending on location and/or size of event.
There are no refunds for unused rental items.
Prices quoted are related to direct access of the delivery vehicle. If a request is made to handle items upstairs or a distance from the truck, extra handling fees will be applied. Please make these requests known in advance.
Equipment must be protected from weather at all times.
Dishes, glassware, silverware, etc. must be rinsed and repacked as delivered to avoid additional charges. We do charge for missing, broken or damaged items. PLEASE MAKE YOUR CATERER AWARE OF THIS POLICY.
Lines must be returned dry and free from food particles and wax in the laundry bags provided. Linens that are missing or damaged will be charged at replacement cost.
